COSTUMES
Eight ritual costumes with associated headdresses personify the Holy Orders and guiding principles laid out in SJ Norman’s Liturgy of the Saprophyte.
The wearable artworks are designed to both hang suspended in gallery spaces and be worn by CREATION participants in processions and performances.
Collaboratively designed by Deborah Kelly and costumier James King, the process is supervised by House of Helmutti’s founder Matthew Stegh.
